We also formulate isotretinoin – an effective drug used in treatment of severe recalcitrant nodular acne. We follow an innovative micronized formulation of isotretinoin which is also clinically equivalent to standard isotretinoin with improved bioavailability and minimal food effect. The safety profile of the micronized formulation has not been described previously. Isotretinoin is a very effective medication for the treatment of acne.
